Amy Hale Milliken

Warren County Attorney

Amy Hale Milliken is the Warren County Attorney. She was sworn in as the first female County Attorney in Warren County, on April 1, 2004.

As Warren County Attorney, Amy has, among many other things, created a web-site for the office, thus giving the public greater access to her office and hired a County Attorney Detective to promote more effective prosecution. Amy is currently working on developing a program to prevent truancy among children in the local school systems.

Jill Justice

Assistant Attorney

Jill Justice is the First Assistant Warren County Attorney. She is a 1996 graduate of Western Kentucky University, where she majored in History & Government and Print Journalism, with a minor in English Writing.

Jill graduated Magna Cum Laude. She obtained her J.D. from the University of Kentucky in 1999. Jill has been an Assistant Warren County Attorney since June, 2000 (First Assistant since April 2004). Jill is the Director of criminal prosecutions. Currently Jill focuses her practice on DUI prosecution. Jill also handles Child Support cases in Family Court.

Leslie Bucklew

Assistant Attorney

Leslie Wayne Bucklew graduated from Warren Central High School, earned a Bachelor of Arts from Western Kentucky University, and a law degree from the University of Kentucky College of Law.

He has been practicing law since 1995 and has been an Assistant County Attorney with the Warren County Attorney’s Office since 2000. His areas of practice include employment law, family law, criminal prosecution, and conflict resolution.

Rebecca Gibson

Assistant Attorney

Rebecca Gibson is a native of Bowling Green, Kentucky. She earned a Bachelor’s Degree and a Master’s Degree from Western Kentucky University. She is a graduate of the Southern Illinois University, School of Law. She served as a Public Defender before joining the Warren County Attorney’s Office in June of 2004. She has been a District Court Prosecutor and is now a Family Court Prosecutor. Her areas of practice include criminal law and family law.

Jamie L. Spinks is a native of Oakland, Kentucky, where she still lives on her family’s grain farm. She is a graduate of Western Kentucky University with a Bachelor’s Degree in Political Science, and she received her Juris Doctor from the Louis D. Brandeis School of Law at the University of Louisville. Since September 2007, she has worked as an Assistant County Attorney in both Warren and Allen Counties, responsible for prosecuting misdemeanor and traffic offenses, child support enforcement, and juvenile status offender prosecution.
Vaughn Wallace

Vaughn Wallace

Vaughn Wallace is the managing attorney for the Warren County Child Support Office. He earned a Bachelor of Arts from Western Kentucky University in 1993, and in 1998, received his Juris Doctor from the University of Kentucky College of Law. Vaughn started his legal career as a staff attorney (law clerk) for the Warren Circuit Court. After his clerkship ended, Vaughn worked as a public defender for the Department of Public Advocacy, where he represented indigent clients in Warren, Simpson, and Allen counties. Vaughn left the public defender’s office in 2002 to accept a position as an associate attorney at the law firm of Coffman & Kirwan. Returning to public service in 2003, Vaughn spent the next eleven years prosecuting felony cases at the Warren County Commonwealth’s Attorney’s Office. In 2014, Vaughn began prosecuting traffic, misdemeanor, and juvenile cases at the Warren County Attorney’s Office. Currently, his practice focuses exclusively on child support enforcement.

Sarah Carey

Assistant Attorney

Sarah is a native of Bowling Green, Kentucky. She is a 2005 graduate of Georgetown College where she received her Bachelor’s Degree in psychology and minor in Political Science. Sarah received her J.D. from the Salmon P. Chase College of Law at Northern Kentucky University in 2010 and was admitted to the Kentucky Bar Association later that year. Sarah was an Assistant Commonwealth’s Attorney from 2010-2013 in the 8th Judicial Circuit. Since 2014, Sarah has worked as an Assistant Warren County Attorney responsible for prosecuting both misdemeanor and traffic offenses as well as juvenile public offenses.

Darrel Bragg

Warren County Attorney Detective

Darrel Bragg is a native of Columbia, Kentucky. He earned his Associate of Arts Degree from Lindsey Wilson College and his Bachelor’s degree from Eastern Kentucky University. Darrel retired from Bowling Green Police Department with 28 years of service, the last 16 years as a detective. Darrel has been a detective with the Warren County Attorney’s Office since 2006.

DAVID DUNN

WARREN COUNTY ATTORNEY DETECTIVE

David Dunn was born and raised in Warren County, KY. He served 22 years in law enforcement with 20 of those years with the Bowling Green Police Department before retiring in 2008. Detective Dunn spent 11 years with the Criminal Investigations Division and the last 8 of those years with the SHOCAP program, which addressed problems related to habitual juvenile offenders in the Bowling Green area. Detective Dunn is currently working in the Child Support Division of the Warren County Attorney’s Office.

Carol Castro has worked in all areas of child support and is currently providing customer service for the Warren County Child Support Office. Carol has been employed with the Warren County Child Support Office for 17 years and is originally from Burkesville, Ky. Carol’s goal is to work for the best interest of the children of Warren County so they may have a greater quality of life.

Lisa Clark is assigned as an enforcement/collection caseworker in Judge Downey’s Family Court. Lisa has been employed with the Warren County Child Support Division since 2007. Lisa says, “My personal prayer and most sincere wish is that no child, anywhere, would ever do without even the most basic of needs. I am fortunate and honored to be a part of an organization that works so hard to help fulfill the needs of the children of this community.”

Shannon Durbin

Shannon Durbin is the Director of the Paternity Establishment in Warren County. Shannon is a 2002 graduate of Western Kentucky University. Shannon started working for the Child Support Division in 2002‚ left for a small time in 2007, but we got her back in 2008! She has managed the Paternity docket since this time and has assisted many children and parents in Warren County. Shannon is married to Jeremy and has a daughter and a son.

Darenda Helm

Darenda Hehn began her career with the Child Support Division in June 1997. Darenda has worked in several capacities, but currently is an enforcement/collection caseworker in Judge Holderfield’s Family Court. Darenda is married and has two children. Darenda is very active with her children and can be found at ballgames every weekend and most weeknights.

Tammy Manley is the Foster Care Caseworker Specialist at the Child Support Division. Tammy is a graduate of Warren East High School. She is married to Greg and has two children. Tammy is a huge fan of her children’s sports. She and her family enjoy camping together.
Jenilyn Hall

Jenilyn Hall was born in Louisville but grew up in Frankfort and graduated from Western Hill High School. She began her career with the Warren County Child Support Office in 2007 and is now a collection/enforcement worker in Judge Downey’s Family Court.

Sara Stephens

Sara Stephens is the initiating UIFSA worker for the Child Support Office and has been employed since June 2013. She is a lifelong resident of Warren County and a 2011 graduate of Western Kentucky University with a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology. In her spare time Sara enjoys reading, traveling, and crafts.

Aaron Crawford is an enforcement/collection case worker in Family Court, Division III. Aaron has a son and spends as much time as possible with him. He spends his remaining free time helping anyone he can, especially children. One of his favorite quotes is from Nelson Mandella, “There can be no keener revelation of a society’s soul than the way in which it treats its children.” Aaron graduated from Warren East High School and Western Kentucky University.

Debbie Bowlin is currently the case manager for District Court Division II and Family Courts I and II. Debbie is a graduate of Warren Central High School and currently attends Western Kentucky University. She has a daughter April, and son in law Brock and a beautiful granddaughter Chesney.

Cathy Haynes

Cathy Haynes joined the Warren County Attorney’s Office October 1, 2011. She worked as a Judicial Secretary for the District Judge’s Office in Hardin County from 2002 through September 2011 and also worked at the Warren County Child Support Office from 1985 through 1994. Cathy is currently the case manager for District Court Division I.

Vicki Osborne is a graduate of Bowling Green High School and attended Western Kentucky University. Vicki is the Receptionist at the Warren County Attorney’s Office and has been since 2004. She is the friendly face and voice of the office.
